Magnesium Bath Recipe

Megnesium Detox Bath Recipe 🛁
Aztec clay and apple cider vinegar are famous for detoxifying properties.

This bath is a great way to cleanse after a vacation, while stressed, after an I tense workout or just because!

What you need-
✅1-2 cups of Epsom salts or magnesium chloride flakes
✅1/4 cup Aztec clay (or similar)
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
✅5 drops of lemon essential oil mixed into 1Tbsp of carrier oil such at olive or jojoba oil

Make it-
▶️Run a warm bath add the salts while running to help them dissolve
▶️Add clay, vinegar and carrier with essential oil. Mix in.
▶️Swish water around until fully incorporated
▶️Soak for 20-30 minutes. 🛀
