Let me explain…
Even if you don’t wear makeup, your face collects environmental pollutants, allergens, dust and dirt. We want to wash all this off our face at night to ensure optimal skin health. When we consistently avoid our nightly sudsing, it can lead to irritation, larger pores, acne, and premature aging. Additionally, washing and preparing your skin at night and in the morning allows skincare products you do use work more effectively and will allow your makeup to sit well on the skin.
